The key aspect of this project was appeasing the many and very diverse stakeholders. A very traditional organisation, BB had used an English crest unchanged for many years - and a large proportion of the volunteer network in NZ were resistant to change.  We were tasked with merging three entities into one.

The image below shows how three diverse entities became one national organisation.  Once the logo device was agreed on, we have been transforming the overall brand presentation to be contemporary.
